Unfortunately the problem has not been sorted out
Here http://people.apache.org/dist/axis2/nightly/ I see the size of the
war and the binary are still ~ 2 MB.

I tried adding all the dependency jars and still get the following error:

Please check the size of your axis2.war.. If it's less than 10MB then
it might be missing the axis2 dependency jars..
There was an similar issue some time back ... May be it has resurfaced
again :(..
