We are working on a project that uses Apache Axis. On the Apache
website, the newly release of Axis 2.0 does not list Service Component
Architecture (SCA) as one of the supported features. If that is indeed the
case, is there be any plan to release a follow-on version supporting SC

I think SCA does support AXIS2 as a binding.
