What is the version of the WSS4J jar you are using ? It seems you are using a older on than 1.5.4. You can find all the dependencies needed for Rampart 1.4 in the Rampart 1.4 binary distribution under "/rampart-1.4/lib/" which can downloaded form here [1]. Adding the wss4j 1.5.4 jar to your Axis2 l
