The readme in samples/attachments (1.1) says:
2. Start a server.
You must have a server running (ie., Tomcat) with the AXIS samples
available to it. For this test, the AXIS SimplAxisServer is not enough.

Is there a list somewhere of which datatypes are supported by default, and which serializers are already mapped? I'm trying to use http://www.w3.org/1999/XMLSchema:base64
