Ranjith, The big ETL tool vendors (and Data Integration Brokers) do provide this capability you seek - but they are rather costly. Examples are Informatica and Embarcadero. We had a similar situation with our client, and we opted to build a data transfer/integration tool based on Java/XML/XS
