How to Use the Client stub for proxy setup

Hi,
  I am using the Axis client stubs (generated by the WSDL2java tool). However, I need 
to setup the proxy information before invoke the services. Can anyone tell me where 
and how to change the stub to set the proxy information?
  In addition, how do I setup the client that support the proxy message-digest and 
NTLM?
