cohort’s request that you use rpc/encoded. .NET supports rpc/encoded, so
it should work, but you should expect to experience interop issues when using
anything

1. Customer has not defined
arrays properly.
2. AttributeType is not
correctly defined, you need either a restriction/extension on that or have
