one of the SOAP 1.2 Working Drafts. Your service provider should regenerate
the service using a standard version of SOAP -- either 1.1 or 1.2.
You can use Axis to invoke both 1.1 and 1.2 services. One of the Axis 1.1

That URL is for the SOAP 1.2 specification Working Draft of 17 December
2001. Axis can definitely be used by SOAP 1.1 and SOAP 1.2 but I'm not sure
how to use this interim version. Perhaps someone else will now.
