http://www.w3.org/2001/06/soap-envelope was the envelope namespace used in one of the SOAP 1.2 Working Drafts. Your service provider should regenerate the service using a standard version of SOAP -- either 1.1 or 1.2. You can use Axis to invoke both 1.1 and 1.2 services. One of the Axis 1.1 pre
