Can anyone explain the purpose of the TypeDesc code generated in the stub
classes when generating stubs with WSDL2Java? Sometimes my classes have
TypeDesc info and sometimes they don't. What criteria determine when this
is generated? In relation to this, Arrays of classes and references to
classes are excluded from the TypeDesc section, only primitive types are
defined. Why is this?

When I run WSDL2Java to generate stubs and then build a wsdl file from the
stubs, the new wsdl file is missing the arrays of classes and class
references, but only for classes that have a TypeDesc included in the stub.

I have attached a WSDL file that produces these types of behavior.

Can anyone help explain this behavior?

I'm running Axis Beta 2 released on 5/13/02.
