I have been searching the archived mail from this list for an answer
to my problem ... and have found similar problems, but not a workable
solution. My problem is with release axis 1.0 running in Tomcat 4.1.12.
The problem is that I can't run EchoHeaders.jws or the sample

server-config.wsdd is bundled within axis.jar. You can find it under the
package org.apache.axis.server.
Calculator.jws is not working for me too with Axis 1.0.
