Thanks for the translation - Wednesday while searching I stumbled across that
some manifests had two pages - spent the last two days looking up all my saved
manifests to see if there was another page - there was so I added it to my
Comcast page - both the passport and manifest

I have no idea what they are talking about but maybe
I just came across a YouTube video of grinding flour using a stone
turned by an ox.
I have seen the windmills and water mills doing this but not an ox
powered one.

Interesting. Thanks. They have something similar to this on the
island in Croatia that my family comes from. They use it to grind the
olives for olive oil.
