I think this .50 Euros is if you are there and they make photocopies
for you. I remember paying a small amount for photocopies they made
for me while I was in Terceira (not certified copies). It is probably
not the same to send to US citizens. Maybe you should have your
relative in Faial order

this summer to visit. He'll turn 80 this October but his genealogy brain
