but birth and death places are listed as Lajes do Pico.
What does Lajes mean and is it similar to our counties?

Those records that you mentioned have been up for 6 months. Don't know
what the CCA are trying to say. Santo Antonio & Sao Roque do Pico parishes
have been "wating" for those 6 months!! I sure hope that they put the
