In Brazil, a main catholic country, the same situation applies. On my father's side, my great grandfather and great grandmother were cousins on 1st degree - 2nd in consaguinity - and their marriage certificate has the dispensation noted on the margins. Isabella Isabella Baltar myportuguesegen.blog
