Looks like "além de serem parentes em Segd.º grau de consanguinidade por
uma linha, de ter baixo grau por outra linha terceiro e quarto grau dos
quais de impedimentos foram dispensados"

I am helping Connie Couto search for her father, Jose Ferreira De Couto,
who came to Montreal, Canada in March 1954 from Acores/Azores by ship (Sao
Miguel) to work on a farm. According to Connie, he came with a friend (she
cannot remember his friend’s name) and was on the first of two ships
To simplify things, why isn't Connie doing this? She probably needs a
researcher who can search the newspapers of the time to find out what
happened to dad. Mainly this list works with the older records (before
1911) on this list. Hopefully, a Canadian will know of some 1900 resources
to help.
On the 9th line, I can't figure out that abbreviation. It might be 2nd
degree of consanguinity on the one line. Then it goes on to say 3rd degree
something line. Then it says 3rd & 4th degree on the other line.
They are REALLY related! Lots of endogamy going on! IF (giant IF) the
dispensation
I am able to read most of this record, except of course the portion that
relates to what I need to know most! My limited Portuguese holds me back!
It seems that Balbina Rosa and Florianno Ignacio Pereira were related along
two lines in this marriage record, but I am unsure of the translation.
The groom (... "e elle na Parochial de Santa Barbara" ...)

Obvious, Joseph isn't the one talking to the census taker. Maybe he was one
time, maybe neither time.
