To simplify things, why isn't Connie doing this? She probably needs a researcher who can search the newspapers of the time to find out what happened to dad. Mainly this list works with the older records (before 1911) on this list. Hopefully, a Canadian will know of some 1900 resources to help.

On the 9th line, I can't figure out that abbreviation. It might be 2nd degree of consanguinity on the one line. Then it goes on to say 3rd degree something line. Then it says 3rd & 4th degree on the other line. They are REALLY related! Lots of endogamy going on! IF (giant IF) the dispensation

I am able to read most of this record, except of course the portion that relates to what I need to know most! My limited Portuguese holds me back! It seems that Balbina Rosa and Florianno Ignacio Pereira were related along two lines in this marriage record, but I am unsure of the translation.
