I had this question about DNA in my inbox and the person was confused about
which DNA projects to join.
The Azores, Madeira, and Cape Verde islands are 3 separate locations. No
one of them owns, rules, or oversees the others.

of the bride's mother it looks like *eybania The first letter could be an

You did not state which record to look at so I'm not going to guess.

The left Margin gives the names of the couple being married. Jose da Roza and
Anna Joaquina, their parents names are directly after each of them in the body
of the record. No ages are listed and definitely no grandparents. Try to match
those margin names to what is in the record so you

Grandparents may share same name and and 1st surnames but they are
differentiated by their 2nd surnames
