Some day, Cheri, I'd love to see your master list and how everyone is
connected to one another. It must be massive!
I have to admit when looking on FTDNA it can get hard to follow where the
relationship is when there end up being connections. I don't know how you
keep it all straight. ;)

I really wouldn't call it a master list. I just put it all into my
genealogy program on my computer.
Here's what it says about us:

If I click on each one, it says how we are related. The top one is through
Francisco de Mello Barbosa and Anna do Espirto Santo.
Yea
Foster would most likely be Faustino in Portuguese. This was the case with my
g.g.grandfather Joseph Foster (aka Jose Faustino) who was from the Island of
Sao Jorge in the Azores.

Love that photo. I remember my grandfather sitting on the front porch in
Santa Clara playing his viola. He brought his viola with him when he came
here from Ponta Garca, Sao Miguel in 1899.
