The Family History Centers have Genealogy Bank for free if you live close
to one? I don't think there is any one place for everyone, different sites
have different newspapers, you really have to check their lists.

I happened to be looking through baptisms in Matriz, Vila Franca do Campo,
yesterday and saw a baptism of Luzia, daughter of Antonio de Sousa and Anna
Moniz. I remember the names because I checked if they were in my tree. I just
looked again and In fact Anna Moniz is from Fenais da V
