After the sentence "marido de Clara de Fonseca", it says something about
how he died. I can make out some of it " vindo um
.barco..revirou, e morreo afogado e não conta aparecer
mais (?)"

I believe it says he was on a fishing boat (barco pescaria) from Nordeste
that overturned (revirou?) and he died by drowning (afogado).

being recovered? I think I see the word hú and quinze but can't make out

I don't think that is "hu", but rather "em" (with interference from the "f"
in "afogado" on the line above.

words. Your attempt was perfect! As per my first post, I thought that's
what it said but wasn't sure if he was never seen again or if they found
his body on the 15th.
