I came across this and need to correct the fact that Joao is NOT Jose. It is like saying John is Joseph. My Great Grandfather is Jose, not Joao. I tried to fix this on the CITCEM site as I noted it was there incorrectly but it just wouldn't let me. I know it's been a while since this was posted

If one of your grandparents is an incognito, you can click Unknown. It basically tells you that they don't want unknowns. From a population geneticist's point-of-view, that makes sense. They are trying to build population samples out of known populations to compare the rest of their customers with.
