I didn't read the body. It kinda looks like that, yet Virginia has parents
that are named (maybe they died and that's not mentioned?). They also got a
dispensation to marry, so they are cousins. A native speaker will have to
tell us what that "orphan that is legally authorized to marry by a judge
For what it's worth, I completely concur with Cheri.
The body of the record has something I've never seen. Does it say that she
is a 17-year-old orphan that is legally authorized to marry by a judge at
city hall?

Manuel died 23 April 1960 (at least in this light). Maybe someone with
better eyes can look.
Virginia died 21 Dec? 1966 (?) That's my best guess. Maybe they recorded it
on Virginia's baptism too?

of current year (1960) and the second side note says that his wife, Virginia
