I am seeking any information or leads about: Jose P. da Rocha (he adopted the name Joseph P. Rogers, born June 1854, Terceira, Azores)
His wife's name was Mauricia Severina Zepheima (aka Mary Rogers) (b. March 1858, Azores) They lived in East Boston, Massachusetts. Their children: Joseph P. Rogers (1875 -?) Mary O (1884 - 1924 ) Isabel [Emery Freethy] (1891-1964) Isabel was my great grandmother. If anyone has any information or leads about any members of the Rocha family living in East Boston, I would love to hear from you. Another puzzling thing was the amount of time they spent on Spectacle Island.
