I believe they immigrated in 1872 or 1873 into Boston Massachusetts. Her
Husbands name was Henry Pickard he was from England. They got married in
the United States in 1879, they were in San Francisco , Ca by the 1880
census.

She immigrated to the United States, however on the Census it does not
indicate an island it just states Azores.
