Linda, Sounds familar. Manual Menezes (my grandfather) first came to Cambridge, MA and then bought a house and raised 9 children in Arlington, MA with my grandmothe Marie Adelaide (Santos) Menezes. All of the children are still alive (except one) and living in various parts of Massachusetts

Shirley, I have a Manuel Josito Menezes born at Ribeiro Grand, San Miguel on March 20, 1888. I actually go back one more generation with the marriage record of Manuel's father (Jancintho ?) to a Pierra but can't lay my hands on the record at the moment. I'd love to find a connection. Paul
