I need to know if it is possible to cut and past a baptism, etc. record
from the CCA Azores site? I am not very computer literate and my spouse is
willing to try and do it for me. He said when he tries it keeps bringing

There are several ways of doing this, but the easiest is to copy the entire
image. Once you have the image up that contains the record you want, simply
right-mouse click on it, bringing up a menu of options. One option should be
something like "Save picture as ..."..That is the one you want.
Yes like Kathy said I save as then I go to Microsoft Office picture and
crop it.

Another option I use on my MAC is to "Grab" the image. You can "grab" the
entire page, or just the section appearing on the computer's screen, or a
smaller portion of that window (such as a single image or line fragment) by
surrounding the image with a rectangle. Once you've grabbed what you
