Hi, I originally obtained this record from the National Archives in San Francisco. Recently, it was scanned and put on Ancestry.com. When I originally found this, the person at the archives that helped me locate this document explained what the different numbers around my relatives names meant. However, I wasn't able to write notes as he was explaining the meaning. I was wondering if you could help me and explain them. My Great Grandfather, Great Grandmother, and Great Uncle are line 5-7 on this document. Can you help me decipher the notes??
