My bank charges $40 dollars for a international bank to bank transfer. (US to Mainland Portugal) The document I would like to have emailed to me costs .34 cents. Is there another way to pay for the document like money order, pay pal, credit card? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you were trying to pay for a document from the Azores or Portugal you need to transfer the money to their bank account therefore you have to ask them for the router and bank account number that you can transfer to all you make a money order for the $0.30 euros and you mail it to them that's my
