Suzanne, In Mainline Christine Theology it is held that only one baptism is valid. The Council of Trent defined a dogma that it is forbidden to baptize a person already baptized.However, if the baptism is in doubt, a "conditional " baptism may be performed.Most likely the term "sub conditione"
