Charlene,
I have online access to old newspapers through Temple University's library.
If you give me some specifics, I may be able to find the obit for you.
Let me know,

Thanks to all- those are some good ideas. The relative is buried in a
Catholic Cemetery. I checked extensively in the local papers for the
obit, so I think the idea of finding the paper that is local there
might be a help. I appreciate the insight as to how funerals may be

Our newspaper offers a free obituary that is very complete. It lists all
survivors and those who have predeceased and the time of the services. This

the same town for 60 years. We moved him to a nursing home in the state my

Charlene,
I have had relatives who died in one county and are buried in another
and the obits appeared in both local papers. LA is a tough place to
try and find an obit as I went through this a while back and could not
find the one I was looking for. My brother in law's brother just
passed away
