Repost for Gail SDE, gelizares at hawaii.rr.com My family is a de Souza from Sao Miguel also, I don't know what part though. My grandfather Quitao de Souza's parents were Jose de Souza and Maria Ignacio. He later ended up with the name Caitano Souza and I'm still trying to find out where he is buried in California.
