Elizabeth Shown Mills is considered the source for citing sources. She has
a book and there are reference guides. It looks like there may be some Wiki

Portugual, Madeira and sometimes the Cape Verde Islands! Cheri and I always
encourage those that come to the SLC Conference to use this great resource
