Piedade is near my home on Pico and has become one of my favorite villages.
It's a very vibrant and active town. Good grocery shopping, fish market and any
thing you might need for house, farm or whatever. It took it a while to grow on

Azorean Embassy. They were very generous with tourist booklets about the
islands that I was interested in visiting.
They were very nice color brochures used to promote travel to the islands.
They were free.
