If you go to “Family Tree” on the top menu on the My Heritage site, she can
export to a GEDCOM using the “Actions” column for the tree in question (if she
has multiple trees).

This is what I found on My Heritage
You can export a GEDCOM file of your family tree on your family site on
MyHeritage.com.
1. Log in to your family site.
2. Move your mouse cursor over ‘Family tree’ and click on ‘Manage
Trees’.
3. On the page that opens, click on ‘Export to GEDC
I *think* she got that far as she emailed me a link, but I can't click on
the link to download her file. I'm not a MyHeritage member.
I'll send along this information. But I think she's on Marilyn's Step 5.
