his. For example, if the majority of relatives are from Tiverton, then

Are you asking whether there was a "city" directory for the town of
Tiverton for the year 1919? If so, you may be in luck (if you live in RI).

I found 3 or 4 Manuel Cabral's living in Tiverton in the census records. I
have no idea which is the right one. I know the mother of the child and her
family moved to New Bedford shortly after the birth of the child which
makes me wonder if he was already married
