OK, not the place to report bugs, but I have seldom seen such an
interesting one.

I guess you have till Tuesday to see this before the new Horizon replaces this.

I am not sure how video streams would be interlaced like that. A
transcoding bug, a memory reference problem? I would like to know, I
have been trying to work out what might have caused it.


Or perhaps Angela Rippon hacked in to the system to increase her
televisual exposure. High jacking Horizon for her own evil ends? Maybe
she'll be deemed worthy to appear in next year's Strictly Come
Dancing?

It is quite distressing to be confronted with day time TV with no warning.


I did plan to report this on the forum, but either I have forgotten my
password, or someone else has nabbed my "nom de net". I can't be
bothered with apathy.
