Hi,
How can I exclude some extensiones to be backed up. For example I want
to avoid the iso, mp3, wmv ... to be stored by backuppc. I'm using tar
method.

I have noticed that cygwin rsyncd tends to interfere with Windows
Updates whenever there is an update to the "Microsoft Windows Malcious
Software Removal Tool". The updates will hang indefinitely until I

Trying to use backuppc 2.1.2 between two Debian machines to back up two
directories, I get the following error, which I don't really understand.
The backup seems to be done correctly (I can see files that were created
