When clicking the "Host Summary" link, we see the status page beginning with:

Could we have a setting in there to refresh that browser page every x
seconds?

Hi,
I've been able to successfully backup a Linux box. Quite impressed with the
interfaces for browsing and restore, better than I expected so very good
work to the developers!
I'm wondering now how to exclude things like "/proc" globally and per-PC.
Also wondering how through the CGI interfac

I've found the following ssh key installer script works extremely well
and automates the key installing procedure.

You'll find rpms in there aswell as this script :

Hi there all
I have been a BackupPC user for approximately 1 year now. I have only ever
used BackupPC's 'tar' and 'smb' xfer methods. I recently implemented extra
Linux servers at a client and now have the need to back them up. Currently I
am using the 'smb' method to backup the SAMBA shares, but
Hello List,
I'm trying to backup a FC6 host, but it's not working. At first
backuppc couldn't even connect, and eventually I narrowed that problem
down to a new parameter in the sudoers file on the FC6 host:
Defaults requiretty
I added a new line underneath:

Okay but this is LC_ALL=C .. I did try it nevertheless and had the same
issue; same error.
If i do the same command as root I get the contents of the /etc
directory and the contents of each file. This is pushed out to standard
output.
My feeling is the command works but not when running as ap

Could you try without "env" in the tar commands? I had the same problem and
