Hi, I am running BackupPC on 8 Debian linux machines backing up over 1500 Mac OSX 10.4 and 10.3 clients. Works great. I used tar as the transport with xtar on the clients to assure that I get the resource forks. The 10.4 tar should do resource forks, but 10.3 tar will not which is why I use xta

Hello all, I finally got past the unknown root moduel thing but now I am facing a config.pl problem I recently went to version 3.0 and it seems that my /TOP_DIR/backuppc/pc/localhost/config.pl is not being read. On the web interface I click Edit Config and it takes me to the server status page.

I've been trying for days to get this up and running but i'm currently facing a lot of problems and I'm about to quit.
