What syntax did you use in config.pl? If you don't use the config
CGI editor you have to be careful to get the perl syntax right
when including quotes inside strings.

I have been running BackupPC 3.1.0 on Fedora 8 for 6 months now without
issue but recently one of my backup jobs has stopped completing.
The job is supposed to backup various parts of "C:\Documents and Settings"
for one of the household PCs. The log file shows approx 1790 files backup
up a
