Localhost backup means of course BackupPC system and config files.

I have 2 hosts configured in backuppc 3.1.0 running on Ubuntu server
9.10 (upgraded from 9.04 some days ago).
1st host is localhost. 2nd is a Windows distant PC.
In cgi interface, while trying to browse localhost backups I get the
