please recheck the permissions for the mentioned folders
this should be set to at least read-permission for "System"
this is always an issue when users create own directories belonging only to
them as they think this is more secure :)

would really propose to start with only a full backup of your system drive
(C:\) ygdrive/c/WINDOWS/system32/c:/
and when finished add the other partition(s?) (D:\):
ygdrive/c/WINDOWS/system32/d:/
try to set a smaller MTU if using ADSL - maybe 1492 (at least in my country it
