I just got the latest version today from sourceforge and got it up and
running.
Here is my client config, filled in from the web form:

Would love to see the src rpm too because worse comes to worse I could
modify/recompile for FC12.
I seem to remember that even in the 3.1.0 versions, a number of
changes were made to the src rpm post FC12 -- some of which if I
recall correctly caused me problems when compiling for FC12 -- s

Just checked, the oldest version of Fedora I have a mock configuration
for is F13... Let me know if you want to try it.

It wouldn't take me very long but it's very likely that the current
F14 version (once it hits the stable repos) would work, i.e.:
yum --releasever=14

Whenever you are doing a full backup and DumpPreShareCmd fails, I get the
following error in my log:

I installed samba on backuppc. I had the windows share configured already.
