For anybody who uses the rsync-vshadow-winexe client, I've completed a
number of updates that may be of interest:
- rsync now uses version 3.1.1
- 32-bit or 64-bit binaries are selected as appropriate
- in-place upgrade
Of course, the "old" features are still there, like matching the right
