Where are your separate config.pl files stored?
I recently upgraded and had to move my config.pl files from
__TOPDIR__/pc/[hostname]/config.pl. (Where __TOPDIR__ is where my PC's
backups are actually stored..)
to
/etc/BackupPC/pc/[hostname].pl
