I have two backuppc servers, newly built on Ubuntu 16.04 from repository
(BackupPC version 3.3.1-2ubuntu3.3). As I ran into the samba problem where I
would get a false error upon successful completion of a backup of a Windows
client, I decided to upgrade to the latest BackupPC version assuming that
problem would be fixed. I only upgraded the second server, backuppc2, so far.
There were no errors during the upgrade.

Initially the service wouldn't start but I realized I needed to copy the
appropriate startup script, which I have done. The backuppc.service now starts
fine. The machine name in question is backuppc2 and this is the error I receive
when connecting via a web browser:

This CGI script (/backuppc/index.cgi) is unable to connect to the BackupPC
server on backuppc2 port -1.
The error was: unix connect: No such file or directory.
Perhaps the BackupPC server is not running or there is a configuration error.
Please report this to your Sys Admin.

I believe everything in config.pl is correct, and the data location hasn't
changed from when I was running the 3.3.1 version. It is a 6TB drive mounted on
/var/lib/backuppc.
