Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I have full period set to 29.67
with all other parameters as default except for full keep count as 2.
Inrementals are all default. Blackouts set to zero for the laptops so I can
specify the hours tailored to each user.

No, I haven't implemented Volume Shadow Copy on this user. Getting time on her
laptop is very difficult, even for configuration purposes. She has Outlook open
during every backup with at least two very large, around 1.5 GB, .pst's.

Installed BackupPC a few months ago. After creating all users using one as a
