We don't use rsync source code, but just the algorithms and interface to create
the port (with some helps based on Kolosy's version). That's why it's still
being discussed whether it should be open source or commercial...

Based on the source from Kolosy (http://www.kolosy.com/wordpress/?p=8 ), we
have continued the journey and successully ported Rsync to C# (protocol 28 ).
So far, the program has the following features:
1. Lots of features just like Rsync, supporting protocol up to 28.
2. No need for cygwin.
