Don't use the cygdrive in your inclusions/exclusions. Exclude d/Music/ (assuming your Rsync share is d). You can also use wildcarding (*/Music/), I exclude all IE temp files from Windows backups by excluding */Temporary Internet Files/*, which has cut my backup space by over a gig on some mac
