[BackupPC-users] smbclient broken (?) - no multiple exlcudes possible ?

Hi, just found, that the smbclient package on debian-etch seems to be broken - ignoring multiple excludes. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=373850 (and in the samba-bugzilla, too ) This seems to disqulifing smb method ? (I'm doing full-backups ( "*" ) exlcuding some direcotries)

[BackupPC-users] problems while MakeFileLink for localhost backup.

Hi, I'm using BackupPc v. 3.0.0 ( from Debian Testing ) on a Debian Etch. Using it to backup 2 WinXP computers and the local linux-box to a USB-disk. I found having problems doing backup of localhost. Setup to do a full ( "/" ) backup, excluding the critical directories. ( /tmp, /dev, /sys, .. /
