The solution is easy. You have to disable the pingcheck. For this edit
"config.pl", and search for
$Conf{PingCmd}
Then replace
$Conf{PingCmd} = '$pingPath -c 1 -w 3 $host';
with
$Conf{PingCmd} = '';
Ready!
Backuppc is now compatible with ipv6.
